    Saints re-sign Deuce McAllister

    I burst out laughing :)

    No respect situation

I am a homer, absolutely no doubt. But I honestly fail to see how anyone thinks the Saints will runaway with the scoring after watching Warner last week. He's not good - he's epic. And unlike some, he shines in the playoff atmosphere. We may lose -- but it will be close. AND we have an...

Do you still have an issue with Whiz?

If Whiz took to wearing clown shoes and a giant red whistle, I'd believe there must be a subtle, psychological advantage. 8-8, 9-7, 10-6, and four playoff wins in 2 years to date. I have faith in the man.

Bet you haven't seen this clip.

Better than the shots of Dom Capers in the booth. Dom went from a 'stunned bunny' look to pounding the desk in frustration.

One comment on Capers and the media talk

What a difference a run game makes.

One comment on Capers and the media talk

Didn't I hear somewhere the Green Bay in general doesn't over-scheme. They come up with great working plays and execute them -- whoever the opponent. I honestly don't think it ever occurred to them that this team they "whipped" twice could pose a challenge. It certainly never occurred to the...

Do you also have this guilty pleasure

I think, as a courtesy to other fans in the NFL, we ought to start a website/help site for those who get knocked out of the playoffs by the Cards. Sort of a support/you're not alone place, where they can get back on their feet.

For all of you Rackers lovers

Whiz had called for them to let the clock click down to 7 seconds (or 3 was it ?), had told Rackers that, and he was still practicing. Then Larry got excited and called the time out with 14 seconds left. No one was ready, and they had to rush onto the field. That's why Rackers was still putting...

Who was at "The Roaster in the Toaster"??

Section 110. Absolutely insane. There were 2 sets of Pack fans near us, but overwhelmingly Cards fans. The cheeseheads were getting pretty confident when they won the toss. I don't think I moved for 10 minutes after the Dansby touchdown. My husband asked, 'what's wrong', and I told him I was...

    Dockett's interview

I loved the earlier interview with Pam Oliver, before the game. She mentioned the 'magical playoff run' last year, but what are they going to do when the magic runs out? He looked at her, and (Paraphrased), 'there ain't no magic. It's heart, hard work, and a good team.' I LOVED that.

    Espn = Fail

Have you noticed the phrase is, "Cardinals SURVIVE. For now."

Here we go again..."cards didnt win, the refs gave it to em"

Packer fans, hold your head up high. That was an incredible game. You played very tough, fought back to take it into overtime. It's just -- as a few of your guys learned -- that the Cardinals are a pretty good team too.

    Espn = Fail

Actually, some already have. Vinnie Iyer on Sporting News says that since our defense was so bad, we don't stand a chance against the Saints. Brees won't make the mistakes Rogers did. Just like last year! We're going to the Super Bowl, and no one will ever believe it's possible.

    Good Luck

Even at the game, as we all left, most of the Packer fans were cool. It was such an incredible game!

So far, rematch games have gone the same way as Week 17

Can't count Dallas game. Philly played for a bye last week and just plain got taken to the wood shed. Cards, on the other hand, played 3rd string for much of the game. Packers may be 'hot', but I really have faith in my team. Monday they'll be talking about how McCarthy shouldn't have tipped...

    Odds to win NFC championship

We were in Vegas over Christmas, and I got 10 to 1 odds that the Cards win the NFC Championship, and 20 to 1 odds they win the Super Bowl. Don't tell Nidan.

NFL Network - what I dont understand

I think a lot would love to simply saw the Cards will lose. BUT they got so burned by that last year all through the playoffs, they're kind of scared to start it again. And being unable to say anything good -- they sort of keep quiet.

Good point from King: Last year vs this year

Brees is a great quarterback. But, seriously -- is anybody that scared of the Saints right now?
  22. Brighteyes

Congrats on a regular great regular season Cards!

Do you remember when we had exactly one guy selected as an alternate for the pro bowl? 10 and 6, playoff game at home ... yep. I'm happy.

    Cards open as 2 point......Favorites!

    I admit I'm surprised.

What was that move from Rogers?

Adrian and several others never set foot on the field. Plus we did absolutely no scheming -- pure vanilla football.

Pro Bowl Alternate at Tackle: LEVI BROWN

I've always wondered if one of our OLD problems (as in does not exist anymore) was not that we were so horrible in draft selections, but horrible at developing talent. Very few players are going to step out of college into the NFL and fly high without a little coaching.
