    There are many selling points in place to lure a quality GM and/or HC here in my opinion. A talented young QB, a very high draft pick, a stud pass rusher, a stud cover corner, a stud RB and of course...nice weather. It's not a bad job if you want to come in and put your stamp on the situation.

    Fire Keim. Have the new GM decide to fire Wilks or not. Keim is not a quality talent evaluator/draft day guy and with this many years in place his scouting staff should be better.

    4 years of mediocre football and one season of dreadful football...just to be clear, and as i've comprehensively posted with facts here before...this is primarily a home grown roster from top to bottom via draft and UDFA. There have been trades in the last six years.

    Agreed. OLine is everything when being able to execute any offense successfully. But...it's primarily on 3rd downs where having a skilled QB separates the good teams from the great teams.

    It's the worst Cardinals offense i've ever seen since '88, but i'm pretty sure there were worse overall teams. When you dive into the defensive numbers, knowing just how inept the offense is, the defense hasn't been that bad IMO. AZ 's defense is somewhere around 12th or 13th best in ppg...
