    Kendall Marshall reactions/grades from media

This pick was made for one reason. 1) Nash may leave or he may stay...but he'll take his sweet ole time deciding. So the Suns basically made a "need" pick that fits the basketball culture. I cant get excited about this pick.

    Yes. It is.

Suns draft kendall marshall at #13

Read a couple scouting reports on him. Good size for a PG. Sounds like there's potential for him having a well-rounded offensive game. Good passer, good vision, decent shooter....but needs to get better finishing around the rim. But the bottom line for me is i dont like guards who cant defend...

Who will the Suns draft at #13?

There's really no argument to this. BPA is a no-brainer. I still cant believe the Suns decided last summer to position themselves to be an old, bad team... and now we're drafting where the mediocre teams are drafting. This teams execution and transition from being a quality playoff...

Phoenix Suns History Lesson (Robert Sarver 04-Present)

I know that its your job to be positive on this board SweetD...but could you try to disguise it a little better? Being optimistic is one thing, but your statement is a bit delusional. The Suns have failed to replenish the roster consistently since Sarver took the reigns. As for Sarver's...

ESPN Insider suggests....fasten your seat belts

Why do so many folks in here think that Harden has to be the #1 guy....the franchise centerpiece....the superstar....the numero uno stud in order for the Suns to start a rebuild and make a hypothetical trade like this? A trade which involves finally moving on by moving an old PG who wants to get...

ESPN Insider suggests....fasten your seat belts

+1 But hey...teams on the cusp of winning a title have made stupid moves before. ;)

ESPN Insider suggests....fasten your seat belts

Anything to keep Nash from re-signing here is a good deal to me  Rather keep Gortat, but lets face it....Suns are years away from contending no matter what. Bottom out with Harden next season and go from there. Compile picks along the way and maneuver them into one or two picks of value.

League to consider punishments for flopping.

    Its too late for that.

    Brandon Roy

I'm fully behind this idea now....because the Suns have dug themselves quite a hole in the last few years. It could take time,so obviously its still best to start bringing in younger players. If these two guys(Roy & Oden) could rehab themselves back to even serviceable status,it would help the...

Jimmy johns has earned a poll

I like cousins. There's one on Baseline between Dobson and Alma School. JJ's is pretty good. Subway was good until they changed the bread like 10 yrs ago. Now its the worst of all the cheap chains IMO.

    The not-so-Ultimate Popcorn Flick Kumite: Match-Up #3

Are we voting on the funnest movie? Or on our favorite of the two? Not that that would matter in this thread. Ghostbusters kicks Tommy Boys ass in every phase :)

    The not-so-Ultimate Popcorn Flick Kumite: Match-Up #1

I cant vote against Fight Club. Batman isn't even in the ballpark for me(Burton's or Nolan's)....and i collected the comics in the 70's.

    The Magnificent Seven (remake)

I thought the first half of W.O.T.W. was pretty damn good. It definately limped home after that point.

    The Magnificent Seven (remake)

Lets do it! You can write it Cheese....i'll start working on the music :D You know any excellent production designers? ;) We can cast Josh Brolin in his dad's old role. Who's the gunslinger? Ehh...thread derailed. Nevermind. Unforgiven was probably the last original western wasn't it...

    The Magnificent Seven (remake)

Does this mean we'll finally get a remake of Michael Crichton's Westworld too? After all,the stalking gunslinger character that Yul Brynner played was taken directly from his character in The Magnificent Seven. Westworld needs a remake IMO(despite the Jurassic Park franchise). I too wish...

Trade Dudley for the 2 Boston picks?

+1 Unfortunately this approach to reclaim legitimacy is overdue by at least 2 seasons(3 years IMO) which has only created a deeper hole to climb out of at this point.

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-ball-dont-lie/orlando-magic-finally-part-ways-both-stan-van-203433450.html Suns need to jump all over SVG and flush the toilet on the Nash era. They wont, unfortunately. SVG is sort of one of those anti-Suns head coaches in terms of philosophy. He'll get a...

What do people watch in Phoenix today?

    I'll take a stab. 1) Cardinals 2) Suns(formerly #1 since forever) 3) D-Backs 4) Coyotes 5) Da Bears ;)
