    Gurriel, Suarez and Thomas were a combined 0 for 13 today with 7 K's! These three are going to haunt us at some point this season. The team can't get to where they need to be if these three and McCarthy don't soon begin to resemble MLB hitters...

    Was afraid our offense might be an issue… I’m not at all sold on Naylor. And Gurriel, Thomas and McCarthy simply aren’t reliable offensive threats… And I have serious concerns with Moreno who has had one decent season back in ‘03. Ugh…

    I’m far from a Book apologist… losing 4 straighter to the Bucks was horrendous. And the post season crashes since then are beyond putrid. For which Book has to shoulder an immense amount of accountability. I agree also that rarely, if ever does Book strike fear in the hearts of opponents...

    Wasn’t aware a pitcher can face less than 3 hitters, no matter the circumstance. Nonetheless, I’m certain Torey was hoping he could’ve escaped without using Puk, who pitched the day before… Oh well.
