    Can’t complain about the pick. Great potential at a position of need. Would’ve liked to see Campbell fall into round 2 and Monti trade up and grab him. Philly has the best GM in the league. Campbell going to make that defense even better.

    FWIW, I heard something on the radio today they said was from Schefter about the Cards being open to trading Murray to a QB needy team. Probably just pre-draft hocum but that would be interesting. Trade Murray for a high pick, pick up Cousins, and draft a QBOF??? I wouldn’t hate that.

    But most GMs don’t have the luxury of a 5 year plan. They’re trying to improve and win the next year. Ideally, you’re thinking that way about the 5th year option, but it’s not very high on the list.

    The NFL needs to change that to an ILB designation. As it is now, ILB can’t really be tagged because the premium of edge guys raising the tag value.

    If the ILB is your guy and the best player available, you should definitely want to draft him. I get that it's not the ideal position but I'm not passing on my guy because of past success rates. QB has a terrible success rate also.
