    Ok that's fine and all - but I wasn't talking about the difference between Ayton and Nurk - I was talking about the difference between Nurk and Eubanks. I watch Suns games, not Blazers games. I will admit 50% of his blocks being turnovers is higher than I would have expected.

    You are correct, blocks as they are defined are not like steals - which was exactly what I was saying and why I would like there to be a new stat for blocks that create a turnover - because the value of a block that goes out of bounds or into the hands of the offensive player is of very low...

    Have I logged each block and can give you the numbers definitively NO. Am I positive that a much higher percentage of Nurkic's blocks have not been Defensive stops - YES. I will admit I am a bit of Nurk hater and this is one of the things he does that bothers me, not blocking it to gain...

    Yep, they show very clearly the importance of team chemistry and role players - but also most of their supposed stars are no longer truly stars.

    Ok, but if you watch most of Nurkic's blocks are blocks out of bounds or blocks that are scooped up and immediately scored. Eubanks blocks have actually been more impactful.

    During this streak we haven't really beat anybody except Twolves on a back to back. We are not where we need to be, but we seem to at least be going in the right direction.

    People probably won't agree with me - but I really liked the way he played last year as an MLB - that's where he belongs. If you aren't going to play him there, he should probably be gone

    There was - the Celtics wanted to move up. You know who the rumor was Jones wanted to draft as high as 10 - Desmond Bane. Well in retrospect that would have been a hell of a lot better, but he could have easily traded down with the Celtics and still picked him.

    No it is not at all easy. Halliburton was CLEARLY miles better than Smith. Passing on Halliburton was bad enough, but taking Smith instead was insane.
