He's great in space. Super elusive and just eats up yards when he was with us. Never understood why we let him go. Hell yes bring him back.

He may be all that, but he isn’t fast enough to be the homerun threat that this offense badly needs. Just draft a less expensive & brand new set of speedier legs instead. Other than a handful of players, we need to start anew.

Unless the Cards trade down I don’t see them spending an early enough pick to get a back who is as versatile as Edmonds. While he doesn’t have blazing speed he‘s fast enough to be extremely useful on third & long. There are some faster players who will be there in round 4 or later they either are weaker receivers or don’t break tackles.
