This is a frustrating game. I still can’t understand why this team has these nights where they can’t shoot.

it only happened a couple times last year but it’s happened like 10 times already this season.

That sequence there is the source of my frustration. Cam draws a double and hands it off to Ayton who immediately shoots an 18 footer. Like nothing else but shoot the jumper.

But the shot is short and bounces all the way back to him.

The defense is completely out of position and he can two step to a layup but instead he tries a tough pass and has a kicked ball.

At any point Ayton could get to the rim in that and he just doesn't. It's jumper or pass. Nothing towards the rim
