The taunting call on Hopkins was not iffy at all. That's a clear penalty with the way the rules are today. You can't even stare a guy down when he's on the ground, let alone stare and point at 2 guys.

I agree he taunted. My point is I see it all the time when it doesn’t get called. It was stupid to do it.
