What’s hilarious about all this is the idea that Brooklyn owes KD to send him where he wants.

They signed him to a huge deal… after tearing his Achilles, knowing he’d miss at least a year.

They also agreed to sign his idiot buddy Kyrie to come with him.

Then they agreed to trade half their team and all their depth for James Harden who KD wanted also.

And in return, for doing EVERYTHING KD wanted, in three years, he got them to the 2nd round once and quit on them while being swept in the first round.

Maybe he’s mad that they wouldn’t let Kyrie play from the jump without being vaxxed and thinks that’s why this season was a disaster. But they’ve been pretty damn good to KD.

All that said, GET HIM.

Come on dude. If Durant starts thinking about asking for a trade, the first thing he is going to do is reach out to players of teams he might be interested in to get the down low.

Hell all you have to look at is how it went down when he went to the Nets with Kyrie.

No one is saying there was a deal out there. All flex said is that if KD was going to ask for a trade, Phoenix would be his first choice and that that was a likely scenerio. Well now it has happened - so he was 100% correct.
OMG. Players talking are not the organizations. They are not contract talks. They are not deals on the table. Per his original Tweet it was an "existing" opportunity and they were in the "right place at the right time". If you can't see those scenarios are not remotely the same thing I don't know what to tell you. There was NO opportunity until KD made it official. Per WOJ KD starting thinking about the Suns the past few days....not weeks ago.

Dearl Lord.

Stephen A. Smith saying they want 2 all stars.

That is garbage.

No team in the league is giving them 2 all stars. Hell there are very few teams that even have 2 all stars.

For who?! And might they be using Mitchell for a KD deal? Can they do that?
I don't think so. You can trade a player you just traded for but not if that is being used to make cap dollars work. Took this from the NBA page.

"Players who were recently traded can be flipped again immediately. However, unless they were acquired via cap room, they can't be traded again immediately in a deal that aggregates their salary with another player's for matching purposes."

So that would have to be the case if you are trying to match KD's salary right?

That info was old. He also said they want Atyon.

Overachieving white guy? Utah's kryptonite. Throw in Duncan Robinson and Utah can't say no.

Seriously. Herro and filler is not enough. Would Utah want Adebayo? I suppose if they get off of Gobert.

I like Herro a lot. To me he is nearly equivalent to Mitchell, and he's younger and has a better attitude.

Gambo said Nets don't want him either, which doesn't make any sense to me.

But for Utah if they are dumping Mitchell that is not to bad of a return if you throw in a little filler.

So Book is now under contract until 27-28 season. He will be 32 years old and the Suns will have paid him 380 million dollars up to that point assuming he is still here. He also got the cover of NBA2k23 which is lucrative.

That's close to half of Sarver's net worth.

Gambo was saying Mo Bamba was the Suns backup plan should McGee sign elsewhere and they trade Ayton. That's gone.

Well, since Tatum was last year it kind of makes some sense.

Gambo confirmed with another source that the Celtics are "all in" on trying to get Durant. Whatever that means.
