I definitely want a TE and CB with 5 and 6, in either order. WR/CB in the 7th slots. Special teams guys.

Solar open the thread and keep lamenting about everything

Ah and he doesn't want a rb later in the draft, cause he think a rb must be taken earlier
And then if a late pick rb perform pretty well...

If a late RB is picked and is good, fine, cool, but I expect a run on RB if history is any indicator, and as @BritCard's tweet backs up, RBs at this point just don't become high end. Maybe how unorthodox this year has been slips a gem to us, but CB or TE is more likely to have an impact at this point in the draft, and I don't want to lowball the position in 2022 because we have Eno Benjamin and Kylin Hill or something.

I smite you for using me as some kind of evidence to back up your claims!

If you want a bell cow superstar running back you are far more likely to find one in the first 2 rounds.

If you want RB by committee you can find the talent to do that more frequently in the lower rounds.

Personally, I prefer the RB by committee approach for a number of reasons such as more versatility, better use of cap, ST ability, fresher late in games etc etc

How is Trey Smith still there? Without injury concerns he's probably a late 2nd round pick. Even with them some OL specialists had him in their top 3 interior guys.

Is there a gem out there that can return punts and kickoffs?
Rondale Moore didn't put up VG numbers in college, but I think he'll do much better in the NFL. And I'm just basing it on his highlight video and looking at the way he runs. That said, if the team agrees with you, I could see them selecting a guy in the seventh round who is mostly a returner. But I have hopes that RM will do the job.

Wait, so a guy puts up not very good numbers in college and you think he'll be better in the NFL?
