Not only did the D backs put a bad product on the field but it was even worse for the fans

absolutely no social distancing. The lines for concessions were horrendous and not moving. Instead of having everything open to spread out the crowd they went cheap and only had a few open which concentrated everyone together.
They also staffed for a normal game in which most people are on the first two levels. Because of the social distancing there are far more people in the upper concourse and that’s where the major traffic jams were because they did not plan for that’

Getting into the stadium also took forever compared to previous seasons.

Fans ignored the required mask policy (no rags, bandanas, or gaiters) and the clear bag policy (no large bags, purses, backpacks, etc) but the workers at the gate, instead of turning them away, just said "This won't be allowed in the future, but tonight it's okay." Then security was tied up checking all of these normally not allowed bags, purses, and backpacks.

What is the point of the policy if you just allow people to violate it anyway?

At State Farm Stadium that kind of crap doesn't fly. Show up without the proper mask or bag and you're doing the walk of shame back to your vehicle.

Many fans took off their masks when inside and no one from the staff stopped them or told them to put their masks back on.

Night and day from the Cardinals pandemic game day experience.

As for concessions, it was abysmal because most of them were shuttered (stupid decision). The mobile ordering lines were longer than the regular lines. We waited and grabbed some dogs and drinks. Didn't take as long as we thought it might. Heard horror stories of friends trying to mobile order - a few never even received their food orders.

Then the Dbacks topped all of this off by pinch hitting MadBum in the bottom of the 9th. SMH.

Great game! Eduardo has really turned it on the last 2-3 games, Peralta too. Weaver was dominate, happy for him.

Our first series win of the year!

I got that just now as well

It's funny that all they address is the concessions issue. Long lines getting into the stadium because security was allowing non-clear bags, backpacks, huge purses, etc. was not addressed at all.

Come on, people. Clear bag policies and size restrictions have been in place for years now. No excuse for the staff to "just let it go" for even one game.
