Russell knows how brutal it is to play the Rams/49ers twice a year. Two legit SB contenders.

Even tougher for him if Keim/Bidwill ever got their act together.

Even if Wilson had the best OL in the league...he'd still be taking too many sacks/hits. Trying to extend plays all the time has its consequences.

He really needs to think about the team. As really if he left. It would really kind of damage the team, A huge blow. Before he leaves if he does.

Why the hell would he do that. He’s been asking for an offensive line for years and they haven’t cared about him

They arent trading him. He's still a freakin MVP year in year out..and he literally carries that team on his back. He's better than Watson. Hes a top 3 QB.

In his prime, he was maybe better than Watson. But, Watson is 7 years younger, so it's a silly analysis. Texans would be insane to make that trade straight up. Seattle would have to add at least a draft pick in addition to Wilson to make that trade worthwhile for Houston to even consider.

and Russ has publicly questioned Pete Carroll

I disagree. Wilson has won in the toughest division in football for most of his career. He has a SB ring. He is a top 3 MVP candidate, and he has shown that having him on the roster makes you a virtual lock to make the playoffs. Watson has not done that. Yes hes younger, but hes had better players around him that Wilson and done less.
