I think there's a case to be made that the RB didn't have control of the ball when he was on the ground, and Budda did... but having said that, there's no way they'll overturn it.

That, plus a defensive timeout is a good idea there regardless... so some people are making themselves look stupid by calling Kingsbury stupid for throwing the flag.
