When O'Brien walked into the owners office and proposed trading Dhop for David Johnson is when he should have been fired. Not sure how you let someone have that much control and clearly strip the team of talent and picks.

They gave up all those draft picks for a guy that wouldn't commit to a contract extension. That's the real kicker in making it a bad deal.
