Did I not get the memo? No posts for the last game?
No thread for this game?

Are we officially boycotting the Diamondbacks?
Which I did for awhile, and then during the Convention.

I am watching the Mercury game, but following the
score of this one.

But then, Lamb at 1B (batting 8th) and Jay in CF
(batting 9th) against the Giants?

Is Torey throwing in the towel? When will the
batboy get to start?

Maybe he's angry at Robbie Ray?

It is sad that we can count on Robbie throwing 100 pitches through 5 innings.

What the hell is the coaching staff doing to correct it?

The thing that amuses me is how Bert talks about how Ray looked better tonight - as he gives up 5 walks and 4 runs in 5 innings.

Guerra with a bases loaded walk and a groundout in the 7th and the Giants score two more. 6-2.

Well, the Mercury lost, with Brittney Griner out for "personal reasons" and the D-backs going
against the Giants with a pathetic lineup and an "ace" pitcher who is undependable.

'Not a happy time to be a Phoenix fan!

Imagine this . . . the Suns, one of my three favorite teams, is now the most dependable.

Steve and BB are analyzing why Ketel has only one home run this season.

BB pointed out that he has been batting leadoff for most of the season and
that brings other expectations. While Steve seemed to be catering to Torey's
mantra about wanting players who hit the ball in the air.

Ketel with one home run and nine RBI's. Some of us posted when he was
moved to leadoff that the skills he showed last season were being wasted.
Which would hurt the team.

It is difficult to not criticize Torey Lovullo for the ignorant decisions he makes.
His obsessions are so out of touch.

Giants win 6-2. Trevor Cahill will be facing us on Sunday at 1:00. If the
D-backs cannot beat Fatty Cahill, they should be demoted to Double-A.

Tomorrow's Game 2 starts at 6:15. I'll be watching three of my
favorite murder mysteries on PBS. Hmmm. the D-backs are being
murdered and it's no mystery why. Back under .500.

I really don't think anyone can help with Ray. He is what he is.
