I agree and I'm only posting some of the tweets.

IMO, the Suns have set the bar low on Oubre's return rather than risk a letdown by fans and even Oubre.

Let the medical staff and rehab dictate if he returns this season.

He is usually relatively active on his Instagram account and it has been completely silent the last week or so. He also doesn’t seem to be showing up in any of the pictures that are being released. Monty raved about him in the Phoenix practices but hasn’t mentioned him since they got to Orlando.

It seems to me they have told half the team to stay silent because they want to keep it a secret which two players are positive with corona.

Until yesterday nobody knew Frank made the trip. There are some players there we don't know about.
