Motivated...... haha....... He should be motivated to find a different offense and QB. Both are PRIMED for regression.
Poor Josh. I actually think these trades have maximized his value. If he had played a second season here..... it would have fully exposed that he is not talented enough to be an NFL QB.

Moving has allowed people to make excuses for his lack of progress and thus.... still be intrigued by his promise.

The Steelers put individual game tickets on sale this morning, but not as many as they normally do.

Per team spokesman Burt Lauten, the team “held back” half the normal inventory today.

“We are being proactive with these limited amount of tickets as we are preparing for possible social distancing scenarios at Heinz Field this year,” Lauten said." style="margin-bottom: 1em; caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Yahoo Sans"; font-size: 17px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">“We are being proactive with these limited amount of tickets as we are preparing for possible social distancing scenarios at Heinz Field this year,” Lauten said.

PSL sales reach $549 million at Raiders’ new Las Vegas stadium

The Raiders knew moving from Oakland to Las Vegas would be lucrative, but the revenue at the new stadium is exceeding the team’s expectations.

The Raiders have made $549 million from the sale of personal seat licenses at Allegiant Stadium, more than doubling the team’s initial projections of $250 million, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The additional money from personal seating licenses has allowed the team to add additional features to the stadium, more suites, a field-level club, and enhanced internet connections for fans.

PSLs are non-refundable one-time expenses that give the holders exclusive rights to buy tickets in their seats. PSL holders who don’t buy season tickets can have their PSLs revoked and sold to someone else.

The Raiders sold PSLs for 55,000 of the 65,000 seats at Allegiant Stadium, ranging in price from $500 for the cheap seats to $75,000 for primo locations. About 33,000 PSL buyers are from Nevada and about 7,000 are fans who had season tickets in Oakland. Many PSL owners are from elsewhere in the United States and plan to use NFL tickets in Las Vegas for business and entertainment purposes. The cache of seeing the NFL in the Entertainment Capital of the World made PSLs valuable, although whether there’s still high demand to visit a 65,000-seat stadium after the COVID-19 pandemic wreaked havoc on the world remains to be seen.

$60M is a huge number, but of course it's enhanced by just signing a new extension.

Per OTC, he received a $28.5M salary last season, and in the off season he signed an extension with a $31.5 bonus. But he'll receive "only" his $9.5M in salary this season so his June-June number will be much lower next season.

Bottom line - he may have received $60M in one calendar year, but his total pay averages "only" $32.5M over the next few seasons.

Cardinals are committed to meaningful societal change through unified actions

The Cardinals are the latest team to issue a statement after the death of George Floyd a week ago.

The Cardinals said in their statement they are committed to being part of the “meaningful societal change” that needs to happen in the country.

“As we begin a new week, we continue to share the pain and anger felt by so many over the last seven days,” the team wrote on social media. “We add our voice to all those condemning the actions that led to the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery. We recognize they are only the most recent examples of injustice and racism continuing to permeate our communities. But words are not enough. Meaningful societal change will only come through unified actions, and we are committed to being part of that change.”

Roger Goodell says he should have listened to players earlier about racism concerns.

(CNN) NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Friday the league should have listened to players earlier about racism concerns in a response to NFL players calling on the league to condemn racism and support its black players.

"We the National Football League, condemn racism and the systematic oppression of black people," Goodell said. "We, the National Football League, admit we were wrong for not listening to NFL players earlier and encourage all to speak out and peacefully protest," Goodell said.
