Who makes the Cards 2nd Round pick?

If the Cards trade for Hopkins is not official who makes the Cards pick in round 2?
I sent this in to the Doug and Wolf show this morning and they mentioned it and said it is a good question. But they had no answer.

Just saw more footage from the 2004 draft, and there was Eli Manning with a Cardinals helmet lapel pin, with black ribbons behind it. Then i remembered that Pat Tillman had died just before the 2004 draft. Apparently Goodell and all of the top draftees wore the pin to honor Tillman.
