Alright, what are you excited about related to this team outside of Kyler?

A lot of doom(understandable because I don’t think anyone here expects this team to touch .500) & gloom heading the season.

However.

What are you looking forward to this season out side of Kyler?

For me:

Trent Sherfield’s progression. I think their is a sight where Kirk, KeeSean, & Trent could be our WR trio of the future. I like Sherfield a lot.

How will Chris Jones’ step up as a starter. Him surprising would help this organization big time in the future.

Zach Allen. I think he can be a really good supporting piece on the DL.

I'm most excited that Wilks is gone. A consortium of angry & intoxicated posters from this board could do a better job of coaching the team than Wilks and his band of incompetent assistants did last year. No matter how mightily the team might struggle this year, it will still be a better product than last year's debacle.

Christian Kirk, what I think will be a reinvigorated David Johnson, and I guess seeing if Hicks can really hold down that ILB spot. Maybe Byron Murphy too?

I don't have a ton I'm "excited" about really. A lot of "I hope this will be good but I can't let myself get my hopes up" feelings swimming around in my head.

I am just excited about having hope, last year was no fun. Kingsbury and Kyler may end up being magic for this franchise or it could be a spectacular failure, the potential is there for it at least to be a fun year.

I think about week 2 last season I lost any of the joy I had watching football on Sunday's.

Kirk and KeeSean as players.
Really I’m most excited about seeing how this offense progresses under Kliff throughout the season. My expectations aren’t very high and I’ve prepared myself for the worst but I’m more concerned how they play in week 12 than week 2.

I think the defense is going to be a lot better than people are expecting.
I'll have some of what you're smoking lol. Just joking. I hope you're right? I hope they were playing half ass in preseason on defense & Just like the offense, not showing much. Just hope & pray the zones we'll have to play till game 7 with the DB's doesn't burn us?

I picked him up in the final round of my fantasy draft in case he turns into a boldin this year.
Good call especially if ppr, could see him becoming a big time possession receiver in the mold of tj houshmandzadeh in short order.

Guys I am excited to watch:

Chandler Jones and Suggs together putting pressure on third down.

Zach Allen and his development. I loved the pick at the time.

Keesan Johnson and what impact he can make as a rookie.

Andy Isabella and can he ultimately justify his draft status.

The much maligned offensive line. It is more talented than last year. Will it matter?

Budda Baker and Byron Murphy in the secondary.

Pretty much all the rookies

Kyler, Keeshean, Allen, Murphy, Thompson twins, Dogbe all have shown promise.

Hoping to see a whiz bang offense that takes the league by storm - because if we have that we can compete with anyone.

I'm excited about this, although it's going to be a problem because they're away from the ball.
This is a make-or-break year for Hasaan Reddick and (maybe) David Johnson.
Larry will get to #2 in all time receptions in the first month of the season

I want to see what the offense looks like with game planning and having the full package of plays available.

So want this offense to work and be exciting.
