So that the Suns' front office can try to distract fans from the fact that they are completely blowing off free agency after completely bungling the draft. They are going to try to fool the fans yet again by saying that they did everything they could to bring in their guy, but in the end it just didn't work out, but at least we have cap flexibility for the future.
