Merrill gave up a 5 runs this game. He just didn't have it today. I am more disappointed than I am upset.

Lots of blame to go around for this loss.

We had the Rockies pitcher on the ropes in the first inning and couple more times throughout the game. We could not capitalize on Sentezala shaky performance.
Boy, did I have a brain fart. I forgot that Merrill Kelly was our starting pitcher. I guess I wanted to forget.

'Sorry, Ronin.

What did Torey elaborate? Why are the D-backs hitting worse at home? Is
it because they have a greater choice of activities between games at home
than the regimentation of living in hotels on the road with curfews?

To have a bad record within our own Division is explainable, home or away.
That represents a small group of teams who are better than we.

I also have a pet peeve against anyone on a team who uses the phrase, "a little
bit" (of a problem). Their job is not to downplay it. It is the Manager's job to fix it.
