Trade Jackson or TJ to the Pelicans for the 4th pick in the draft.

I would be willing to add JJ or Warren with the 6, just to clear cap space. Send them both and make some big splashes like Russell and have the 4th pick

If it is a choice between Reddish and Hunter, I am really fine either way. Reddish has much more upside, but much higher bust potential.
We need to add talent. I think cam is guaranteed bust. I see them like this:

Hunter:
Star: 2%
NBA player: 68%
Bust: 30%

Cam:
Star: 5%
NBA player: 10%
Bust: 85%

I wouldn't like it, but I could at least see the reasoning in passing on Hunter for Reddish. Same goes for passing on Hunter for Garland. There is no logical reason, in my opinion, to pass on Hunter for White or Culver.

It sounds like the Suns have been one of the teams to watch Garland work out in Los Angeles.

If you watch cam in his work outs he looks like an all star.

I really think his only issues are mental. I see him much closer to 50/50.

This is interesting.... a correction.

The Suns are reportedly more interested in Coby White than Garland.

Yeah, I don't know what is to like about Reddish. He shot 36% from the field last year, he can't finish around the basket, he's turnover prone, he disappears for long stretches. If he wasn't a part of that wildly hyped Duke recruiting class and had put up those same numbers at... Wake Forest or something, I think he'd be looking at going in the late teens or early 20s.

The difference with Reddish is all about his high school hype. Wasn’t he the #1 prospect going into his freshman year? That’s why he’s still so high.

I don't think the Suns are in position to gamble on him either.

Freshman year in college? No. That’s his teammate Barrett.

Workouts reveal next to nothing IMO, they're basically useless.

He could be just the practice player the suns need . . . until they scrimmage. Then he returns to being worthless.

He and Chairman Yi can form a workout all star team... just don't ask them to work out on the same end of the court, things will go to pot.

Then why bother? Seriously. You think the workouts are just publicity? How can you even think that after seeing the list of guys we’ve brought in this summer so far?

So it appears that the front office has not become any smarter since jettisoning McDonough. There is no comparison between White and Garland. None. Garland has both a higher floor and a much, much higher ceiling.

I believe the Suns working out Culver multiple times is so entice Atlanta to trade up for him. They might do it anyway with Cleveland.

You honestly think White is as good of a prospect as Garland?

Absolutely. I think Garland has a higher ceiling but a much lower floor. He has played 5 freaking games. His range of outcomes are a much larger risk than White

White will play a long time in this league and be a decent player
