He said his knee is still not quite 100% & also that he's in the best shape of his life. If he stays healthy (big if) maybe Sean Kugler can turn him into what everyone thought when he was drafted? Kugler is one hell of an OL coach, you don't become the OL coach of the Steelers for nothing. They don't hire bums to coach that position.

The OTA session will be open today to the media from 11:05-12:40.
The open portion is approximately the first 20 minutes of practice.

Kyler Murray's shoes weren't an issue today. He said his feet "feel good" because he "got some new Nikes on."
