Late to the party. Not a bad day 2 with best CB in draft, a yac receiver and a solid 3-4 DE. Tre Lamar, Hakeem Butler or Renell Wren in round 4 please. Hakeem Butler would be my choice.

Why is Hakeem Butler still available? What is the knock on him?

Based on a lot of mocks I saw, he should have been long gone by now.

Hakeem Butler. He struggles with drops but he has to be accounted for.

Put him on the outside and just send him deep and open stuff up for Isabella, Kirk and Fitz with DJ out of the backfield

If your bigs can stay healthy, and with KM at Q, that's a LOT of talented, shifty skill guys to cover.

I don’t think the Cards will take another wr although I would like to see it. I believe we’ll work the trenches the next 2 picks. I wouldn’t be shocked to see them take a bruising type running back.

I want another WR Hakeem Butler or Riley Ridley?

Fits is likely gone next year??

Ditto, would especially love Ridley but feeol we need to address other spots before taking him. Maybe we need Butlers size more vs Ridleys great short routes. I would think KM would prefer a Ridley.

We got to improve our line. If Keim ignores that then fire the ignoramous. I like the BPA idea, but eventually you have to just fill your main need.

Here is how day 3 should look.

SOLID-These positions groups are good. Nice depth, top end talent, and hard to find guys to win a spot at this point.
QB-The room is set
C-No one on the board is taking Shipley's job)
OT (we missed and guys remaining aren't beating out what we have)
CB-Few dudes left on the board that can beat out players like Amerson
P
K
LS

DEPTH-These are spots where we have starters, but more bodies are needed and remaining guys can win spots.
RB-Depth is questionable but we could not draft one and be fine
WR-Kevin White and Trent Sherfield are the 4th and 5th options. We need to find better players but may settle for UDFA.
OG-Pugh, Sweezy and Maz Garcia? I don't know if the guys left are beating out Sweezy.
NT-Peters has this locked up and Gunter can be depth if needed.
ILB-HIcks is locked. Reddick is going to get a shot. Turner is only real depth. Easy spot to upgrade.
OLB-Similar to ILB - we need a 4th OLB.
S-Starters are set, but no depth after that.

TRASH-Bad starters and lack of depth
TE-Bad group. Charles Clay and RSJ. We are running out of draft options.
DE-There are players on the board who make sense. Already took Allen. Philon has a spot. Need more.

Thoughts
If CB Amani Oruwariye can play SS, he could be a solid pick.
I like Amani Hooker more than Gardner-Johnson because we drafted Byron Murphy to play slot.
Anthony Nelson has length to be a DE in a 3-4, but I don't know if he has the strength.
I don't know how many TEs are left that are going to be speed mismatches. We missed out on Knox.
Wren could fill a need and fits the board. Kingsley as well.
I hope we find a way to get RB Ozigbo. I think he can go.

Intrigued by Dawson Knox, but I want Riley Ridley or Hakeem Butler.

@Shane, there must be something in the Vegas water. We're agreeing on everything.

I honestly haven't agreed with many of your takes but this WR group definitely needs more talent
