...just get me the guy from the Spurs who can draft:

Manu Ginobili pick 57
Derrick White pick 29
Kawhi Leonard pick 15
Tony Parker pick 28
Luis Scola pick 55
Tiago Splitter pick 28
Goran Dragic pick 45 -traded to Suns
George Hill pick 26
Dejounte Murray pick 29
etc, etc...

That is the Suns BIGGEST problem.
Suns strike out on picks 4, 5, 8 virtually all picks above 15.

The problem is that our current GM doesn't believe in scouting...

The Suns traded two 2nd round picks to the Spurs for them to draft Dragic for them. I'd like to know the Suns scout that spotted him.

I would argue that most of these guys would have been barely average if they were drafted anywhere else. Their legacies are inflated because they played for the greatest HC/GM of all time.

As for Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili, they were perfect under his guidance and in Pop's system. They deserve all the credit in the world for putting their egos aside and falling in line. That said, they are also 2 of the most overrated players in NBA history.

So in a way, yes, I agree. I would trade my whole team for Pop.

Offer Pop a small minority ownership and the Managing General Partner role. That move would make Sarver a lot of money.

I wish the people on this board could do that because I agree that it's not happening.

In our heads, we know that! But, following so many years of gimmicks and failures, all we have is hope!

That maybe, somehow, someone with common sense will emerge and help take a step up.

No, Superbone, we're not giving up the hope. No matter how loud your print is. :)

Of course, you're free to speak for yourself.

I have been saying this for years! We just need to find out who they scout, then pick before them. LOL! I will be a janitor at their complex if need be!

It would have to be a multi-billionaire at this point if the Suns really do have such a high valuation. Maybe get Trump to call Putin to buy the Suns?

Sorry, it was just a copy and paste. Wasn't meant to change the message. Go ahead and keep your false hope.

The joke is Putin, even as bad a dictator he is, would probably be a better owner than Sarver!
You're probably right but I don't want to see our bad players start mysteriously disappearing.

A prediction can have a high probability of being false.

A hope, or a wish, is not false. Perception is reality.

It is a fact that some of us cling to the hope that we take steps forward.

I could see the pregame injury reports for the Suns now, "Player X out due to radiation poisoning."

As do I, but it's not going to happen via a new owner/GM/coach, at least not anytime soon.

most disappeared last year
a couple more during the season
and, overall, Suns 2019 is a team with more talent than 2018
