Alex Smith is also due $20 million from the Skins this year with a dead cap hit of $42million. The Redskins are in deep trouble if the trade for Keenum as they are only $15 million under the cap. This makes no sense.

Did a very good job building the defense for sure. Peyton Manning game-managed his way to the ring that year. When he was still performing as an elite QB, they got blown out by Seattle in the title game.

Looks like Washington will only have a 3.5 mil cap hit for him
