If Greinke is underrated then what does that make Corbin?

Could you imagine a rotation of Greinke, Corbin, Bauer, and Skaggs this year?

Bauer, if he comes back relatively fast from his leg injury, has a real chance at the AL Cy Young.

That trade ticks me off more than any we did, even more than Trumbo. Bauer was exactly the player they knew him to be when they drafted him, a weirdo, with a long toss routine the he made clear he was committed to and a vast arsenal of pitches he liked to throw. He flew through the system, encountered Miguel Montero, got labeled a cancer and was gone... just like that, at 22 years old after rocketing through the minors.

Years later, he's one of the best pitchers in baseball, he's still weird, he still does his long toss routine and Miguel Montero... it turns out THAT guy was the cancer all along.

A great clip, of Bauer, being weird... and his teammates loving him... because they're not douchbags like Miguel Montero, who's idea of "funny" is beating the hell out of someone who just won a game or convincing them you gave away their first hit souvenir.

One final note I only just discovered. Miguel's last act, as of now, in the bigs was with the Nationals, who cut him because they needed to make space in their roster for a temporary OF while Eaton was out... Eaton... another guy Miguel's cancer act helped get ran out of town.
