He's not what he once was, but he's a lot better than what we have.

Dating nearly full years, over his last 156 carries AP has racked up 456 yards, for an average of 2.9 yards per carry. If that production were attached to someone with less name recognition they wouldn't even be on a practice squad.

AP is beyond washed up. He is a rusted ruin at the bottom of the sea.

Sure, his age, production and availability may not be ideal, but you also need to take into account his inability to catch, pass block or hang onto the ball at crucial times

Throw in his cheery, team first disposition and realistic salary and usage expectations..... What's not to love?!

I will never be able to speak from the perspective of an elite Pro athlete, But FFS AP.... Take the great $$$ and great seats, and count your blessings.

The best gig in this game, is the highly paid backup... who has the least amount of chances at another concussion.

Gambo mentioned he got some info and NO is not going to deal him supposedly because they already paid him a $2.5M roster bonus. That really doesn't make sense because $2.5M is a small price to rid yourself of a locker room cancer.

We need a full rebuild from the ground up. If we think AP will take us to the promised land, we are delusional. I don't mean OP is, but if the Cards do.
