Largest city in the Western Hemisphere, not too far from the US. Similar time zones. No current league to compete with.

Good idea, no. Greedy idea, oh yeah. Therefore.......

Location
Surrounded by Rams and Chargers
Vegas

Football, gambling, casinos, clubs, strippers, entertainment, booze, high rollers, etc...
It all makes sense. People can fly to Vegas and catch a football game at the same time.
I'm pretty sure many players would love to play for a Vegas team.
Johnny Manziel comes to mind.

Toronto is the only real Canadian NFL candidate. I'm not actually sure it would kill the CFL, since Toronto isn't the core fanbase of that league anyway. The real question is what it would do to broadcasting. If fans in other cities started watching (or were force-fed) Toronto NFL coverage over regional CFL coverage, that could be a problem.

Global warming should have a say so. All of the coastal teams will have moved to places like Des Moines IA, Lincoln NE, Chattanooga TN, Helen MT, Oklahoma City, Bismarck ND, Bpise ID, Louisville KY, Fargo ND, Las Vegas NV, Asheville NC, Little Rock AR, Albuquerque NM and any new era metropolises with an elevation over 2000 feet.

Somewhere in the deep south, Alabama or Louisiana.

This is interesting, while others have commented on other teams in the Deep South, I wonder how an NFL team would fare in say Alabama. I don't think we will ever see a team there for the same reason we will probably never see an NFL team in Columbus, OH, too much competition with college ball. Nonetheless, it would be interesting to see what effects an NFL team would have on the college football market in Alabama and vice versa.
