We have NOT signed Cribbs

Updating a previous item, the Cardinals have not agreed to terms with free agent KR/WR Josh Cribbs.
There were reports out late Wednesday night that Cribbs had a deal with the Cards. Those appear to be premature. Top beat writer Kent Somers is now getting "the vibe" that Cribbs is seeing what else is out there. The Patriots are still in the market for a kick-return specialist.

For what it's worth, I did a Google search one minute ago on Cribbs Cardinals, Cason Cardinals and Jasper Brinkley.

There were posts about each of these guys visiting the Cardinals, but the most recent post listed on the first 2 or 3 pages of search results was 18-hours old.

It's almost as a giant gag order net has been spread over all three of these guys. I wonder what's going on.
