Trading Nash (Realistic Possibilities)

Don't think we should trade Nash - would rather try to reload one more time this summer. And I think we let him walk before trading him, because we'll never get equal value (for what he brings/means to the team) for a one-year rental in a straight-up trade. Only way I see a Nash trade now...

Lakers game... hello???

Ugh. The Lakers are such an annoying team, even when the are not the best in the league. They just keep on acting like they're the best. The worse they are in a given year, the dirtier they play, daring the refs to foul them out of their own arena. A city and a team and a roster have rarely...

Riiight. I chose to ignore it cause I figured Cheese misread me or I wasn't clear. I was ranting about folks who only complain about the team no matter what happens, not about folks who are frustrated with the moves and can explain why and what they would do differently. I'm still not sure...

Agreed on no unprotected picks, come hell or high water. And on the ideas for some players that would work at the 2. I do figure Fyre would start until they see what Morris can do, though. And yeah, competitive, but no contender. That's what they seem to be going for at this point...

Well, either there is a reading comprehension problem here, or I was not being very clear. I'll assume the latter and try again. My first point was not to say fans cannot be critical of the team or the moves they make. I was bitching about folks who hate EVERYTHING the team does...

LOL. Ah yes, the highly rational "we can't win a title this instant so blow it all up" argument. There is something to be said for playing competitive, winning basketball and seeing what happens. Who figured the Suns would make the WCF and push the Lakers in 2010? Most didn't think...

I don't think so. Thompson is probably too green to start and play 30 min a game. I see Cleveland making some trades, but more likely Vareajo (sp?) to a contender/playoff team. Cavs are going to still be pretty bad next year unless they pull of some amazing deal for more veteran talent...
