    Brady has a super quick release and obviously genius level understanding of how to read defenses. Makes the OL look better than they are, especially at LT. I bet the LT who just got paid huge money by the Raiders won’t look anywhere near as good with Carr as the QB.

    Yep, looks to me like the owner gave Kliff a ton of power...way more power than any of us expected when he was hired. I do not believe the GM would have hired a failed college coach with zero NFL coaching experience. The GM's job is on the line, so why would he make that kind of decision...

    Kyler's quickness and pocket awareness will help. Kliff is also pretty good at designing plays when the OL sucks. I've seen that from him at Tech where we had a pretty effective offense despite rubbish OL in some years.
