If we're looking for a backup PG, which I agree that we should be, we shouldnt look at Redick. Just because he has whatever number of assists as a 2 guard doesnt mean anything about him being a PG. He's not a great ballhandler and he's not quick. A lot of Nash' success is predicated on him...

Suns target Kobe

Troy Hudson is interesting to me. If he's healthy, he might be cheap. Its tough to demand much coming off an injured year. He was a solid PG who could score, IMO. Your thoughts?

Crazy thought...don't make any trades

I dont think we will get much disagreement that this is a team that could compete. But with the cap situation, why not try to get someone to put them over the top?
