Gerald Bourguet writes a solid article on point guard Saben Lee who I think has a chance to make the Suns roster.

He also discusses Adonis Arms as well.

See link below.

There are some stats that support this possibility as well.

Adonis Arms is a 6'5" combo guard prospect with a 7 foot wingspan.

You know watching the highlights, he appears to be quite good athletically.

Also putting up 30 PPG and 7ast per game while shooting 45% from 3 in the G-league suggests this guy has some real talent.

On the other hand Utah just cut the guy, and he was underwhelming in his Detroit minutes.

Very curious to see how he looks tonight.

Saben Lee won't have much of a chance to get acclimated to the Suns, but I think he can play at the NBA level.

His biggest weakness appears 3-pointing shooting and getting pushed around on defense. He is athletic and quick.

I thought he might be worth a 2nd round pick when the Jazz acquired him.

Hopefully he is a success story like Cam Payne.

That three point shot is brutal by Lee. He plays with such fluidity to other parts of his game, but becomes mechanical and rigid on his three point shot. He really needs a good coach for that shot.

Arms sure has a great story.

Didn't see the court last night despite the depleted roster. Do we think he is going to make the roster? Seems doubtful.

Saben Lee can play in the NBA and Adonis Arms seems to have all the tools. At least give me one.

Lee was impressive last night. I'd like to find a way to keep him on the roster.

Never can have enough point guards!

Suns waive Saben Lee. Why? ...Why?... Why?

A head scratcher. Seems like he played better than Payne has shown recent history. Lee has some real promise, hope he catches on somewhere.

Did arms get cut too?

I'm a believer in having as much depth as possible at point guard, especially with the added ability to rest Chris Paul.

Lee will get another opportunity somewhere.

I haven't heard anything about Adonis Arms yet.

Suns have waived both Saben Lee and Adonis Arms. Also Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot was waived.

While id like to say they waived them because they have a plan, I'm not sure I have the confidence anymore.

Admittedly my confidence is wavering amidst all the moves made by opposing teams.

However, if the Suns can make it to the trade deadline, there should be plenty of good trades to be made.

It's no comfort right now though.

Not impressed with any of them. As a good team I would hope we can get our choice of some of the better cuts.
