Wow, what a goal by Roma. Usually taking the quick kick like that and firing from 24 out doesn't result in a goal. 1-1

MELO!!! 3-1 Juve. Our two big transfers this summer show up huge. This is a completely different team than last years. Go into Rome and win 3-1, great start to the year.

I am still so jacked up from this game. I have wanted this team to become more attacking because we had a great back four and one of the best goaltenders in the league. With these additions it looks like we are just gonna try to out score you and trust the back four and Gigi to limit the goals allowed.

FORZA JUVE!

I love that Roma is in a good position to win the league over Inter and AC Milan.

You are my new best friend.

Of course, I'm not a Roma fan, I just am a fan of Juve and any team beating out Inter and AC Milan at the top. If it can't be Juve (who were pathetic this season), then I'm perfectly happy with Roma winning it.

Another Juve fan? :thumbdown :D

BTW, Roma won the Coppa Italia today.

(Whoops. Jumped the gun. Roma qualified for the final against Inter)

I was going to say I hate you, but since Juve was terrible this season, that is punishment enough.

Roma! Roma! Roma!!

This thread has been dormant for 8 years! The arrival of Christiano Ronaldo to an already good Juventus team should put Italian football back on the map. The problem for me is that I've always hated Ronaldo and now he's on my favorite Italian team. I guess it's a good thing I don't pay as close attention to Italy as I do Spain or England.

And they are coming to ESPN

On Tuesday, ESPN announced they had agreed to a multi-year deal with Italy’s Serie A that would exclusively bring all matches to ESPN’s platforms.

Most of the matches each week will air on ESPN+, but there will be a featured match each week airing on ESPN or ESPN2. Other programming is also planned.

I’m not a follower of Italian league. Hard to see the matches here without BT sport. Juve have a great side at the moment and perhaps Ronaldo believes he will put them over. I’d rather see real madrid win the champions league again as to see Juve win with him.
