Didn't Luc test the waters in the past? I only ask since you are only allowed to do it once if you want to retain college eligibility.

No he thought about it but he had knee problems so he never tested.
Westbrook apparently said if he's projected 19 or higher he stays in the draft, 20 or lower he considers coming back. Given that I'm not so confident he's not gone.
Brian Dohn is reporting Luc will announce at 2:30 he's in the draft without an agent which is pretty much what was expected.
Draft Express is actually saying Luc is a borderline first rounder, I don't believe it but they wrote it. I think he's doing precisely what he should do test the waters and see where NBA people have him pegged.
Both Goodman and Katz are now reporting that Collison will announce tomorrow, he's still on the fence. Goodman said his source didn't know but said it wouldn't surprise him if DC stays at UCLA. Katz said he wouldn't be surprised if Collison declared with no agent but ultimately stays at UCLA.
Seems his stock has dropped enough he's concerned he's out of the first round. Makes sense to declare and get the free workouts and that's what I still think he does.
