Supposedly it is a hard offense to defend against. They use alot of backdoor stuff along the baseline and the defenders have to be very disciplined to beat it. Princeton is a team that will keep the games close and get you late. A couple years ago they beat UCLA in the first round and pushed whomever they played after that in the second round to the buzzer.
Having said that, Texas will win that game but don't be surprised to see a tight low scoring game.
