Nash named GM of Canada Basketball

Not sure what responsibilities this entails, or what implications for summer, but its interesting.

As a Canadian, I'm completely indifferent to this. The problem with Canadian basketball is a lack of talent, not necessarily a GM issue. Having a name like Nash doesn't really help unless he has good ideas for how to continue to develop the youth programs so that we can grow the talent.

The entire country has a lower population than California (~37million vs ~34) and is completely crazed with Hockey. He's got an a huge uphill to climb to bring it back to 'respectability'

Nash's first business priority -- signing Justin Bieber...

Wow, that's interesting. I did not know that. It really puts things into perspective.

Send a message via AIM to SirStefan32
It would make sense for him to go and play for Toronto next year.

You're not the first person to speculate in that direction: http://blogs.thescore.com/raptorblog...ys-one-writer/
