Do you think the Suns are "show casing" Casey during the summer?

Are the Suns just hoping to develop Casey further, or are they show casing him for a trade? Kinda seems interesting the Suns say they are still searching for a big man, and BC said earlier a trade may happen with Phoenix. Casey seems like a piece that is rumored in trades for his three point shooting ability. Now that we have Nash shooting the three, is Casey is more expendable?

I was thinking about this yesterday, but you need shooters like casey in an inside out offense, which is what I'm assuming this next season is gonna be like (along with the run and gun). However if a deal too good to pass up comes by, I dont think they would hesitate to ship him elsewhere.

Casey will be needed next year.

Heres the perfect lineup:

PG: Nash, Barbosa, Eisley
SG: Johnson, Richardson, Jacobson
SF: Marion, Cabarkapa
PF: Amare, Lampe, Vroman
C: Divac, Voskuhl, Traylor

Is 14 too many?
Also, would you rather have przybilla then traylor?

He's doing a pretty good job of showcasing himself.

Casey's natural position is as a team leader, starter, with lots of playing time. He gets that in the summer leagues. Being productive as a role player off the bench is not nearly as easy for him. The problem is that he is, and will always be, an NBA role player.

I like Casey, and would love to keep him, but would have no qualms about trading him in a deal that makes sense.
