Took out out a home equity line of credit today. House is worth 240,000, only owe 130,000.

Paying off student loans and both car payments, future ex-wife agreed to take paid off car as hers, I get the truck and the house and the new loan.

I will have two loans, a paid off Tacoma with 50,000 miles on it, a house, no wife and no student loans.

And you and your daughter(iirc) now have a stable home for the future.

I did the same thing 2 years ago for my son and I.

Now you need to start saving for her first car.

I have a step-son. He unfortunely has an unstable future ahead of him.

I will help as much as I can and still plan on giving him this Tacoma when he is responsible enough.

I will be a free and clear bachelor.
