I am the owner of the Dubuque River Raiders. I have had players on the Czars and have a LB (Roy Harper) on the Maori. My new job is going to take up a lot of my time so I am looking for a DC. Right now I am running the same Defense as the czars but it needs to be tuned to my team better. I am an active recruiter and am on GLB several times a day but the Defensive game planning is going to be too much for me to do. I am looking here first and want a DC with prior experience. My team is going into it's 3rd season and or league has finally cleared out all the heavy hitters of past seasons.
