Czars - new contracts issued

I have issued new contracts for those Czars who earn less than $70,000 per year.

In a couple days, depending on how much revenue we can make from the remaining sales, I plan to issue contracts to the next group - those who earn from $70K - $79K.

Those who just got offers are:

These four players still need to accept their contracts.

We are in pretty good shape. We should get about $850,000 per game from concessions for the remaining 7 games = $5,950,000.

So after the next home game and we get some concession revenue, I would like for Pariah to dump another $500,000 into the team equipment fund.

I just authorized another $450,000 to be put into the Czar's Equipment Fund.

I issued 3 year contracts to (2) lvl 1 Kickers so that GLB doesn't automatically sign us anymore high level CPU players.

Do NOT put them on the depth chart.
