Czars Assemble!
Joelf is gonna get more involved with the offense - but We're still gonna be running heavy and play solid defense - however we ALL need to be on the same page regarding players builds prior to boosting.
We still have some holes to fill (i.e. extra WR, LB and a FB)...then I think we're good. So if anyone can help recruit one - that would be sweet.
So now is the time to ask questions.
I also need to know everyone's VA status so we all can be on the same OFF/DEF page.
Shane - I'm going to work with more FS zone coverage. Do you have a reset left?
Linderbee - I got yer DT all set. Moe is going to have a monster year.
Ken - Do you have a reset left?
CB's - Do you have a reset left? I want Pass Def. to be a big priority.
LB's - Do you have a reset left?

All of my players have reset the VAs and I haven't redone them yet.

It says JBad has a reset left. I'm not so sure, but I will trust what it says. 25 VP

Cool - don't touch the reset button!
I'm building the D to match the players strengths...if we fine during the preseason we need a change. That's yer get out VA jail card.

MLB
Move all Equip to speed - we want all LB's to be in the 90's.
VAs Quick: 15 Track Star: 15
SP: agility/vision/tackling to 60
Train jumping/catching
CB
Move agility Equip to speed.
VAs Long Reach: 15 Track Star: 15
Train confidence
FP: Superior Vision: 9/ Jumping:48
Still thinking about C.Kidd.

Wow. Speed is that important for a MLB?

All lineman (5: 4 O, 1 D) have a reset left.
I'm a simple man with simple tastes so I've gone "Great Blocker" as a default for all Olinemen. When I've filled that to whichever max they have I then go "Quick".
Issiah Bradley has 3 in "Quick" and 10 in "Jump the Snap" (to go with his 10 in First Step!).

Just for follow-up by default the MLB stays in plays during nickle and dime coverage - so he's got to stop both the power HBs of the world while being able to cover the speedy WRs.
But here's another idea you can go - which I think you'll like:
MLB
Use equip for strength: 60, tackling 60
Use the rest of Equip to balance out speed and agility.
You'll then need VAs Quick: 15 Track Star: 15 to help your mobility during pass coverage...then the 3rd VA should be on Brick Wall.
SP: agility/vision/tackling to 60
Train jumping/catching - fer picks.

Colton Kidd: Speed back
Put your SPs into Agility until it costs 4 points. Your speed is really good for a WHILE....equipment should be the priority there.
If you hit agility to the third cap, then pump Quick Cut and Head Fake (QC more so than HF), It should work wonders for you.
Need to start looking into advance equipment...something with a +1 to Juke - that you can build on without giving up SP.
Also for VAs:
Quick
This player is quick on his feet. Each level of the Quick ability gives a +1% bonus to the agility attribute.
Quick Feet
This player is hard to keep up with. Each level of Quick Feet gives a +2% bonus to the success rate of the Head Fake and Juke special abilties.
