JOBING.COM ARENA TO FILL 150 PART-TIME POSITIONS AT JOB FAIR

GLENDALE, Ariz. (Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008) --- Jobing.com Arena, home of the Phoenix Coyotes, will hold a job fair for 150 part-time event staff positions for the 2008-09 season on Thursday, Aug. 21 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Glendale.

That seems like a high number of jobs to fill for a team thats been at that arena for at least 5 years.

Scoring winger wasn't on the list, unfortunately.
The jobs they're trying to fill are high-turnover, part-time jobs. I'd like to see them hire more parking attendants, getting out of the Cardinals NE lot is aggravating, they need more people controlling egress.

Unfortunately, with over 500 jobs for Jobing.com Arena, only needing 150 people is mild to what it can be. Those jobs that you are referring to are just part-time, not full-time. Also with these part-time jobs, the people do not work every event that takes place. With events booked daily at the arena, we need people continuously on a rotation. This includes concerts, games, among other special events.
