Here on Wednesday and there on Thursday. No Tanabe or Nash but Nagy and Spiller will be in the line-up and maybe even Wilson.

The Coyotes need drag themselves back into the race and 2 games against a Pacific Division rival is a good place to start.

It really sucks that this team is missing Johnson and Tanabe, arguably two of the five most valuable players on this team. It will be impossible to replicate what Tanabe does for this team, from leading the rush to his power play and penalty kill duties. Really a shame...

Brad Ference and Radoslav Suchy are the 2 defensemen who are capable of and have to step up and fill the whole left by Tanabe. They won't be able to do it as well as Tanabe, but they both can help the team by jumping up in the play like Tanabe did and Ference, when his game is on can the puck from his own end at a little slower speed then Tanabe did too.

Personally, Ferrence bugs the hell out of me. He is always taking stupid penalties, and often looks lazy out there.

I agree, Ference is pretty bad. I was pretty mad when they sent Spiller down to open up a spot for him.
