Kid out of Santa Rita that scored 30 on Gaddy. What gives? No interest at all?

UA didnt have a coach in place to go after him, but I was a bit surprised that Sendek didnt make a bigger push at him. ASU has been guard heavy in recruits, but like we mentioned in the other thread its been mostly 2s and 3s not 1s. It seems to me like Stoglin is a combo guard and could've nicely bridge the gap from Jamelle McMillan to J. Turner. He could've provided depth for McMillan while not threatening to take playing time from Turner and thus scaring him out of his commitment.

Supposedly more of a slasher than a shooter, Herb's system requires shooting.

^ The same has been said about Walker and Lockett though too. Though perhaps Herb figured with them on board, he had enough slashers. They just need to get someone for depth behind McMillan since this upcoming year will be Glassers last.

All I know is if he starts for Maryland next year, the two Arizona schools need to explain why he wasn't fit for their rosters. Scorers are scorers, regardless of their range.
