Very interesting. A line-up of Bayless, Jennings, Wise, Chase and Hill would be explosive. I still think Bayless is gone unless he really wants to try and get to the Final Four next year.

Three things are certain:

1. Greg Hansen currently has his panties in a bunch over Lute not giving him or another local reporter the scoop on his return. I'm sure one or more from the AZ Republic is bitter as well. Like he owes anything to some small town nobodies.

2. Lute is better than KO even at 74.

3. Lute will act and make decisions in the best interest of Arizona Basketball. Not all of his choices will end up being correct, he is after all human. But unlike our athletic director, he won't make rash decisions out of personal spite, penny-pinching, and saving one's own hide.
