and ahead of U of A, who is is 30th.

Although U of A is still ahead in the USA Today poll 24th(U of A) to 30th (ASU)

I will give ASU props if they finish higher than the U of A, not in the middle of the season while the U of A's leading scorer is injured.

No you won't. You'll just explain how UofA was rebuilding and ASU got fortunate.

Right now ASU scares me as much as anybody for UCLA. The main reason is matchup, ASU plays that zone better than anybody in the conference and UCLA has problems with zones.

Sendek is doing a terrific job, I figured they'd beat OSU easily but I was surprised how well they played Oregon.

Harden is terrific, when you realize he's 2 full years younger than Mayo it's pretty impressive he's essentially playing just as well without the luxury of having a green light to shoot as soon as he crosses halfcourt like Mayo does.

Lets see how it plays out, and I'll be a man of my words.

One big difference between Harden and Mayo is Harden -- somehow -- has a very mature BB IQ and doesn't take bad shots. It's not that Sendek is holding him back as much as Harden just knows how to score in the flow of the offense.

Yeah I wasn't meaning that as a knock on Harden or Sendek, just that if Harden chucked up bad shots, he'd come out, that's not the case with Mayo he can just keep shooting.

Harden is shooting 56%, that's insane for a guard, 47 from 3. Just a terrific player.

Really love Pendergraph too he had some huge blocks in the Saturday game.

I don't know much about basketball, but I had that same thought when I was at the game on Saturday. I was impressed.
