XBox Question

Can I hook up a wireless internet connection to my xbox? I already have a wireless router.

I'm at work now, so I'm not able to check out the plug-in to see what kind of connection I need at the game itself, so I'm just wondering about the best way to get a connection. The XBox isn't anywhere near my internet cable.

I believe I have seen the part that hooks into the RJ-45 connetion in the back of the XBOB at Fry's Electronics specifically for wireless internet.

That's great. Now all I need is a Fry's.

Cool. I'll check at Best Buy on Thursday when I go to get Madden.

What you want is a wireless bridge. It is the antenna part with a plugin for RJ-45 (ethernet). The RJ45 goes to the XBOX and the bridge/antenna gets it on the wireless network.

Like this but any brand will do. Best Buy carries Linksys I think.

Nyko Net Extender. I have it. it rules.

this, of course, is not the best way to go if you have a wireless router already, but someone else may find this interesting.
